Is Farrow & Ball Wall primer meant to be THIS thick?

Don’t know about primer but I splashed out (pardon the pun) on some of this fancy Farrow and Ball paint for my hall. Absolute rubbish, never again.

Johnston's match F&B colours - get it from Brewer's.

F&B Paint isn't that bad, and the colours are fantastic - but my lord, it's expensive.

Johnstone's is a fraction of the price and the paint is much easier to apply - the colour variance is negligible.

Well, I bought it again - under instruction! Thick, gooey and the brushes seem to get stiff after not using them for 5 minutes. Never again!
