Is it easy to replace this old type of window bracket?

We won't be able to afford to replace the windows for a long while yet. Just the little thing holding the 2 pieces together has gone. Anyone know what that's called? Not seen one sold before and seems like it may be a difficult bit to source, or more expensive than a bracket when including the tool I'd need.

It's a friction hinge, not repairable and requires a pair of hinges, you have an aluminium window by looks if it and also hinges are pop riveted on, hinges aren't too expensive to buy but can be tricky to fit to the inexperienced, expect to pay £80 ish to a service engineer to fit a pair
