 Hi all , it's been a while.

I have a Texecom GHA-0001 Micro Contact- that I am assuming is faulty.
I have tested this side by side with 2 other units. The 2 none faulty units flash pink when the battery is inserted. This one does not. I have used new batterys and used batterys from the none faulty units. I have removed from ricochet and re learned the 2 none faulty units without issue,
Can some one please confirm that this is actually faulty. Or am I missing something.

Take battery out, press and release button 10 or so times put new battery in if it’s still misbehaving then get it swapped out under warranty

Thanks

Securiam, yes done that it's something I always do with all devices, I find it clears residual power , certainly laptops , modems etc

Exactly that, gets rid of residual not a lot else you can do, unless it was accidentally already learned on. Ricochet monitor as you manipulate the device and see if any device shows respond
