Hello! Recently had french doors fitted, with the left door (when viewed from inside) opening first. The right hand door has the flying mullion. After fitting I realise I didn't think it through enough and debated changing the right hand door to be the primary door to open first.

Is it possible to change the flying mullion and mechanism over without replacing the doors, or would I have to replace both doors within the frame?

As Crank says , yes can be done . Biggest issue will be getting all the locking mechanisms to work correctly once swapped over, as the locks from the slave will need to moved and potentially the ' master ' keeps on the flying mullion too. Can definitely be a faff and frustrating job
