Is it possible to get notifications on posts with key words?

Hi i'm new on here .
But would if possible like to get notifications on posts with certain key words ,
So maybe i can offer advise on loft conversions !
Also thought about putting a "sticky " on, re same subject is this only possible by mods ?
Ive completed over 160 lofts with a equal amount of happy customers (that does count for a lot ) .
So would like share some of my thoughts and maybe dispel myths about low pitch roofs not been possible to convert easily ! ect .

You could go in to search
place your keywords in the find results part,
select your choice of forum or select all
then narrow the search down within date range.
If your a regular user you can keep on top of the new/newish post that way.
As far as stickys are concerned, not sure I have seen some by regular contributors but not a scoobie who the mods are, the admin maybe able to help.

You could post in the Wiki. It has a section for lofts, which currently is empty.
