I am trying to get to the bottom of if the wiring in my one year old property is suitable for a Nest Learning Thermostat.

I have a two bed house, one Potterton Combi Boiler and two zones, one zone for downstairs with thermostat and one for upstairs with thermostat. Both just for controlling heating as obviously no hot water tank.

There is a junction box on top of the boiler, I am assuming this is where all of the wiring from the thermostats goes to...

I have two of these thermostats:

These are the wires behind the thermostat, I see there are some not in use..

If anyone could help tell me what is possible, I would really appreciate it.
Not sure if I should get the professionals in, or if it is something I could do myself.

You'll need two Nests for that, one for each zone, but yes it should be a fairly simple installation
