Is there/should there be a tundish here?

I recently came across the word 'tundish', which I'd never heard before, so looked it up to see what it was. Coincidentally a relative has just had a vented hot water cylinder replaced by an unvented cylinder so I asked if they had one. They weren't sure so sent a photo. Is it there / where would it be? Thanks
