Current building regulations state that an opening on an external cannot be with 30cm of a boiler flue.
In this property, all the properties seem to have an air brick (at least I think that's what it is), above and within 30cm of the boiler flue. I looked up and down the street and all the houses have the same.
I have attached pictures.
1. Is this an air brick? If not what is its function?
