Is this asbestos?

Been ripping out my kitchen and came across this green insulation between a kitchen unit and a wall. How do I know if it is dangerous or has asbestos in it (don't think the kitchen was that old maybe 90s?)

Your photo looks like (really damp) cavity wall insulation what's been blown in later than when the house was built. It certainly doesn't look anything like asbestos.

will it burn? I wonder if it might be a wood fibre product that has got damp and swollen.
