Is this crack a cause for concern

Just only occurred to me to look into ceiling types recently due to renovation plans. I understand that this ceiling surface is potentially artex (correct me if I’m wrong, I’m new to this). Since there’s a crack, is this a cause for concern.

Judging by the light fitting I assume this is on the ground floor not loft above?

is there any chance something has been dropped onto the ceiling from above?

artex doesnt always bond to the board indefinitely. looks like its just lost its bond.

This is on the second floor just outside the bedrooms.
