Is this going to cause problems with the roof?

Hi, we have a down pipe that runs from the top gutter onto the new extension, down the roof into the gutter, question is whether this is ok or will cause problems. Also very close to third ridge tiles. Builder said it was fine but I'm not so sure?

I've attached a photo, hopefully you can see what I mean :)

It'll be alright with a piece of pipe, a clip to the wall and a shoe on the bottom. So the shoe touches the roof.

Thank you all for your advice, the photo is great and will help when I get someone round to correct it

If it's a large top roof, it shouldn't really discharge into another roof at all due to over topping the lower gutter in heavy rain. A lot of the semis round here have a weird looking down pipe along the porch roof for that reason, otherwise Itd soak you by the front door.
