Is this Mould??

I have this white cotton kinda things growing in my kitchen cabinet. The wall behind it feels a bit moist. I clean this every week and this keeps coming up.Can someone e help

Probably. Not a great picture but I've seen some strange looking mould over the years.
You can get white salts coming out walls from damp but also mould.
I'd be hitting that with bleach but don't splash carpet or anything.

Then investigate what's going on.

Sort the damp on the wall first and hopefully that won't come back.

Take the cabinet off the wall and repair the source of water.

Quite likely a leak.

May be coming from the room above.
