Is this slope a cause for concern?

I had bought a house a few years ago and recently had some work done in my garden when it was pointed out by a workman that there is a slope with the extension.

Does this seem like something that requires attention from a roofer?

It looks like to it's less than minimum pitch for these tiles (regents I think )
Certainly below velux minimum .

If it ain't broke don't fix it

My question is less about the pitch but more in regards to a slope along the fascia board as highlighted in green in the photo.

Should have mentioned that in my post.

It all looks poorly finished (especially next doors' roof). Crap lead, crap guttering, crap roof pitch. And what is going on with that boiler flue? Nothing looks like its falling down but looks can be deceptive. I love how they have finished the lead slate around that SVP exit.

It's not ...surely

Take the gutter off - slap a new fascia board over , making the bottom edge level - job's a goodun(y)
