Is this the Lockshield on my Radiator?

Hi all,

just a quick question, is the picture below my lockshield on my radiator? If so how do I close it, it doesn't have a spindle, would this just be an allen key? Sorry I've got no idea about this sort of thing.

Is there a slot in the centre of the hexagonal head? ,if so just insert a flat blade screwdriver and turn clockwise!
