Hi all.... Ive fallen into the trap of buying porcelain 600 x 600 tiles from B&Q (and the mrs wanted them) which need the sealant on them to protect them from stains. I would rather buy a decent sealer than use some cheap'o stuff which doesn't work. Heres the stuff i already have....is it crap? Can anyone please recommend something better? ....thanks in adavance.

Please understand I am not a tiler so someone else who knows what they are talking about will come along to help soon. However I have just purchased granite tiles from Topps and they recommended these products.

Are these any good? I did not realise you had to seal porcelain tiles.

PS this forum is far to addictive. I need to go to bed.

i always use lithofin products, apart from my grout sealer which is called seal guard. (in spray form)

Thanks Jefoss & MON. Is the lithofin stuff you recommend Jefoss available is DIY sheds or tile places or is it trade only? Is it quite pricey? Thanks

i get mine at tile store, but it can be bought online, its resonable, depending what your after, the cement away, is 20 quid for a litre if memory serves, but a litre lasts a long time, the stain stop is about 18 quid for half litre.

all good stuff.
