Is this type of hinge adjustable ?

Hello we have wooden double glazed doors ( internal) that have these hinges on them. Each hinge has a threaded screw going into the door as shown in photo and two going into frame. The left hand door is rubbing at the bottom and I want to raise it a few mm. Is it possible to adjust these hinges up and down ?

Is planing the door out of the question?

It is but hoped I wouldn't have to take heavy door of its hinges to raise a few mm's. I appreciate your response though. Cheers
