i have a roll of what i think is visqeen but the color is clear not blue,, its the same thickness and looks and feels the same,,, im thinking of using it under some concrete is visqeen clear ?? the roll is about 1200 and its folded the same as visqueen

this as the name KIAPLOA on the inside of the roll,, is there are is reason its blue or black ????
I don't know whether DPM is coloured to make it visible, or if it is due to the chemicals used to make it rot proof
