Is this wall load bearing / moveable

Hello,

Could anyone tell me if the below wall is load bearing / moveable - premise is to kick into this cupboard to extend the kitchen.

My flat is ground floor or a terrace with a similar layout flat above.

I don't think it is safe to say from those drawings. You need to know where the floor joists run etc. The flat above has two levels and that wall is right where a change in levels occurs (flight of steps). It really needs looking at insitu by a competent builder or structural engineer
