Isar HE30, HE35?

I wish I had read up here before buying this boiler! LOL

Anyway, here is another Isar that isnt working.

No diplay on control panel, this is the one with the programer, is that the HE35?

Boiler isnt doing anything, wont switch on.

I got my brother in law who is a spark to check there is power to the boiler and he also checked there is a feed inside, there is a suppy from the PCB to the contol panel, but the control wont come on.

So initial though was the control panel is dead, however, before I go out and buy a new one I just wanted to check whether there could be something else that has caused the controler to fail?

And then I start reading all the problems other people have had!!

Anybody any ideas?

Is it worth getting a contol panel, or could it just fail again?

PCB maybe, I have read they are very unreliable?

Any help please!!

did you check the fuse on the pcb?
If that is ok then definetly pcb. Try ebay get one for about £70

I have fited a few isars and have one myself, yes the pcb's are a problem, but other than that I have had no real problems with them compared to some other ****te I go to.
