Isol-actif insulation

I want to use this (or similar) to insulate my loft at the rafters; but I can't find a UK supplier. (There's a company on eBay advertising it, but when you call them it's something "equivalent" so I'm not sure about them!)

Does anyone know where you can get this stuff please?
