Hey I want to power flush my sealed central heating system do I need to isolate the flow and return connects to the boiler to do this or not? I'll be taking off a rad to connect the power flusher.

Why do you have an urge to power flush might I ask?

You seem to want to do your own power flushing but do you have the experience to do it correctly?

Are you a member of the esteemed Power Flushing Association to which all professionals belong?

Yes, but you'll want to flush the boiler too, you will possibly want to raise the water temperature and you will want to flush the DHW heat exchanger if you have a combi. Are you aware of how the power flusher is going to act on your system, is there any reason why you are not going across the pump? Do you plan to power flush the radiator you remove too?
