Isolate water to upstairs bathroom - which valves?

In process of renovating house.
Cold and hot water supply to bathroom go up via 15mm pipes along side an internal soil stack in corner of kitchen.

Ready to strip out old bathroom (no isolators currently but new one will have)... want to leave water on to downstairs loo and kitchen whilst works in progress...

Thought I would put valves in supply pipes... and even though stack and pipes will be boxed in I can make some kind of hidden access at the top - above kitchen wall units - so might as well leave them in place long term - as a way of isolating bathroom supply if nec in future...

Now looking at toolstation and I don't know what type of valve to get....
it can't be too bulky, think it has to be full bore - but isolating valve? gate valve?, lever ball? (think stopcocks will be too big)

Also something that requires no maintenance (as access would effect decor)

Help! Just too much choice!

Like toolstation cos it is usually cheaper than screwfix but appreciate that in this case branded quality will be better than cheap ...
and I should be able to pick them up tomorrow and not have to wait till Tue delivery...so no excuse to put job off any longer

Assumed as recommended on here and screwfix are putting the brand it must mean something to the plumbers of the world ...

Is there a better make I should go for? - or are these or the toolstation ones equally good/suitable?

Screwfix is on industrial estate - with three plumbers merchants (Plumbfix, grahams and city plumbing)- so could go to one of them instead...or be lazy and wait for toolstation tomorrow!

Thanks - picked some up from screwfix today -slightly different still pegler but T-ball valves ...which hopefully will still be ok?

Had same spec but on/off control is smaller - was worried that I would struggle to turn off the levers in the space I have....

Haven't opened them yet -so could always take them back....
