Mate of mine was a dog handler and now trains dogs for the military. He invites you to his house for a drink and he has two Malinois of his own, they just stare at you and are waiting for him to give them a command all of the time. I would stick with your shih tzu as they are proper dogs.
Do you go round there very often.

quite often, I am always on edge as even if he comes out to the pub with us, he brings the bloody dogs and it just puts you uneasy. Cant make a sudden move towards him or. they would go beserk. I love dogs but these are a bit full on. He was with us in Whitby when the maniac dog attacked me and he ran off and left me to fight it on my own.

There's no one telling him what to think about it so it doesn't really register.
Do you think Transam will start campaigning to raise awareness and collect money for their relief?

I don't.

He doesn't care.

  • Israeli forces killed at least 63 Palestinians, including 34 aid seekers, in Gaza on Sunday, despite announcing plans to implement what it calls “humanitarian pauses” to allow aid trucks to enter the shattered enclave.
  • The UN’s relief chief, Tom Fletcher, says Israel appears to have eased some restrictions in Gaza, allowing more than 100 truckloads of aid to be collected, but warns the amount is nowhere near enough to stave off the famine there.
  • Earlier, authorities in Gaza said some 73 aid trucks entered the Strip on Monday, far short of the 600 needed daily. “What is happening is a farce in which the international community is complicit through false promises or misleading information,” it said.
  • Gaza’s Health Ministry has recorded six more deaths from malnutrition over the past day, including two children, bringing the total number of starvation deaths to 133.
  • Israel continues to detain 11 of the 21 foreign activists on board the Freedom Flotilla’s Handala ship after seizing the vessel that was attempting to raise awareness of the Israeli siege on the Gaza Strip, and to bring aid.

Nigeria has 100 children a month dieing from malnutrition

What so you don’t care because there Africans ?
You seem to have lost your way, bless. Look at the thread title.

If you were that concerned about starving Africans yourself, why have you waited till this unrelated thread to even mention it? Why don't you start a thread, boyo?

"oh look, a squirrel!..." says trans.

It is a tragedy that we cut aid to them. But it was dwarfed by USAID being dissolved.

So apparently yes, they are dying in part because the UK and the US, among others, don't care about Africans.

Filly and Biker will tell you that anybody who criticises Israel's racist genocide of Palestinians is a "Jew-hater"

No doubt this includes Israeli Jews.

Two prominent Israeli human rights groups have accused Israel of committing genocide in Gaza, adding to a small but growing chorus of domestic critics warning their country is carrying out war crimes.

B’Tselem and Physicians for Human Rights Israel released separate reports on Monday saying they had reached the conclusion after documenting 21 months of Israeli military activity and public statements from political leaders.

The reports cited what B’Tselem said was the “mass killing” of Gazans and “large-scale destruction of infrastructure”, while PHRI described “a deliberate and systematic dismantling of Gaza’s health and life-sustaining systems”.

The authors said these actions, taken alongside the severe restrictions on the entry of food and medical supplies for large stretches of the war, were designed by the Israeli government to make Gaza unlivable for Palestinians.

“Israel is acting in a deliberate, co-ordinated and systematic way to destroy the Palestinians in Gaza, in an attack that is aimed at the entire group, as such,” said Yuli Novak, executive director of B’Tselem.

"This has been declared countless times by Israeli politicians, this is what is happening on the ground, and this is precisely the definition of genocide.”

"The reports come amid a wave of growing anger over Israel’s conduct during the war, which began after Hamas’s October 7, 2023 attack on southern Israel.

Dozens of Israel’s allies, including the UK and European powers, this month condemned “the drip feeding of aid and the inhumane killing of civilians” in the strip, after months of Israeli restrictions on the entry of food pushed Gaza to the brink of famine.

Israel is also battling the allegation of genocide at the International Court of Justice, the UN’s highest court, in a case brought by South Africa and backed by nearly 100 other countries."
