Issue with new Front Door

You will need to find the manufacturing tolerances to know whether it is acceptable or not. From your measurements , it does appear to be slightly off at an angle , suggesting maybe the slab wasn't on the jig straight when it was cut...but that is only a suggestion.

I have never even thought any have been out of square before

Do you know who the door manufacturer is , as one of us maybe able to find out some tolerances for you

Not one we use but maybe some of the other users in the trade maybe able to help

I don't use Rockdoor either.
Can I ask what your using to measure with? It can be a little tricky to get an accurate measurement to a rounded molding.

I recently had a customer complain like this about a Solidor I fitted and I found he was using a piece of paper with pencil marks to measure (grrr!) When I went around it with my steal ruler everything was within 2mm which was well within manufacturing tolerances.

I am using a metal tape measure, I have taken multiple measurements of the same areas just to be triply sure, I'm comfortable that the measurements I have taken are accurate, plus my eyes tell me that there is something not quite right.
