issues with ideal he24isar boiler no heating or water

Seeing as nobody has succeeded in fixing the boiler so far I don't see a problem in Ideal technical offering support to get them going in the right direction.

I have an Ideal Turbo 2.18....still trogging along happily after 21 years now.

So it would appear that Ideal can ask the OP to contact them personally to fix their boiler without infringing any forum rules.
Does that mean that an independants can do the same?

Or is ideal going to do it for free?
Will Ideal be joining the CC?

The purpose of our message to Risa1977 requesting contact details was to get our technical team to give him a call to see whether we could try to talk through the problem/provide advice.

We have not joined this forum to try to take business from installers and engineers, but rather to offer advice and assistance to homeowners when needed while encouraging posters to call local reputable Gas Safe Registered engineers and installers.
