Ideal have far too much work an not enough engineers fact.

they can't expect there lads to go to 10 jobs per day and do 150miles as well.

This reads to me as "Ideal boilers break down all the time and so the Ideal repair engineers are overworked". Nuff said

or have a shed load of boilers ie new builds, warmfront contract & private sales!

Ideal are unbelievably bad.

Anyone came across the Isar where you have to take the boiler off the wall to get to the valve on the expansion vessel to pump it up. Then finding the the bloody thing is burst internally aaaaargh!!!

My neighbour (very old widow) came knocking on my door few weeks back in a mad panic saying her boiler was leaking badly. I went over and water was spraying out the domestic heat exchanger (Isar again)

Ideal are screwed!!!
