itunes and vista

After installing itunes on my new laptop, running window vista, all seems to be fine but will not burn to disc, error code 2131, although when burning from media player the burner works fine. Any advise please.

Toshiba or Dell laptop? I suspect Firmware issues. Please post the model of your laptop.

My laptop is a samsung r60plus

to be honest i dont think its the laptop.
my first option would be to uninstall and reinstall itunes from the net. then go into ms config and shut down any other cd/dvd writing software that is in place. and set itunes as default.

if this fails just google it.
