steady on, there are many who are already urging caution on someone claiming to have solved the case when they have a book to sell...
 
How did the Shawl get into the Public Domain, all the Ripper Items are in store in New Scotland Yards Black Museum,

I dont believe the Story.
 
Good to see that we have a long tradition of importing foreign criminals. Being a Pole, he probably came on the pretext of doing a bit of plumbing. A short length of ye olde lead pipe would have been great for dazing his victims before he got to work.

All the DNA evidence shows is that Catherine Eddowes (or her shawl) was in contact with the accused at some time shortly prior to her death - considering the lack of washing machines and laundrettes in victorian London, and that she was a prostitute, it's interesting but not conclusive proof.
 
Why not dig up all of the suspects, and hang them all - bound to get the right one, and justice will be seen to have been done. :roll:

Honestly, apart from flogging a book, what is the point - might as well track down those responsible for cave paintings, and do them for vandalism.
