Jagged Tile Cuts

Hello,

Could anyone advise on what I would need to purchase to clean up jagged edges on tiles after being scored and snapped?

You can dress the edges using a tile file but the tile under the glazing will be slightly different in colour.

Looking at the picture, I don't think those tiles were score and snap. It looks like a poor quality diamond blade (either wet or dry) was used.
