Hi,
I have just fixed the usual problem with the diaphram.
when i started the boiler up I could not get any pressure above 0.8 BUT THE BOILER WORKED OK .
When I got home from work I found the hot water switch full of water and the system was overheating ,The switch is a sauner duval, PSN0001A .
Do I
1 DRY IT OUT AND REFIT
2 REPLACE THE PART
3.GIVE UP AND GET MY TIN BATH OUT ?
Any advice cheers !

if you mean the dhw flow switch was full of water then the gland seal on the diverter is probably passing into the switch. ive a funny feeling its not available on its own as iirc i tried to find it a while back and ended up ordering the entire diverter section.

cheers,
yes inside is getting wet on the electrical plate. I thought I had fitted it incorrectly.
I will give it another go, but I think I need another unit

I have refitted the part and awaiting if the keak will reappear.
anyway I am only getting 0.8 pressure but the heatings working.
I hope the wife gets back quick so she can have a bath before my next trama.
Thanks ,for your replies most helpful.
what is the best boiler to buy if I get to that stage ?
