hi all , i have a jcb self propelled petrol mower and the bolt that holds the blade on has sheared off ... does anyone know where i can get a new bolt or other spares as struggling with this ...help ...

Almost impossible to get the genuine article, but if you can get the broken bit out it can probably be matched at a lawnmower repairs outlet.
No offence mate but its ridiculous that a firm such as JCB should put their name to imported rubbish.

Indeed. And the reason the people importing this foreign, disposable rubbish pay JCB to allow them to use JCB branding ? - The fact that people associate JCB ( the only significant British privately owned manufacturer ) with general sturdiness and reliability...
I certainly wouldn't class "JCB" mowers as indestructable........ Far from it....
It's time we got back to manufacturing a lot more more quality products in this country. The destruction of British manufacturing industry is shameful and the myth that the service industry can fill the void left by manufacturing is just that - a myth.
