Took out my JCB strimmer out of the shed and found the clear plastic fuel lines perished.

Found on Ama... a kit for replacing the lines etc including filter and grommet etc.

Reading about which is best for petrol, see that PVC which is the kit is not good.

Next best is Polyurethane or PTFE. Is that correct ?

thanks

The best stuff is a yellow pipe called Tygon....for sure I don’t know about ptfe tubing!
Anyway.....do consider GHS Ltd for replacements, but the diameters of the stuff vary considerably- both inside and out as do the grommets that fit into the tank. Careful measuring could be necessary to avoid leaks!
Good luck with it...E10 fuel is taking its revenge so Aspen fuel or equivalent is a good choice.
John :)
