JCC Fireguard Downlight - connections

When I connect a single set of T&E into these push in terminals, al seems fine and the connections are tight. When I add the second set, they don't push in in the same way. They seem looser. I have also tried by pushing down the levers on the terminals. No avail. I have tried multiple downlights.

Has anyone else experienced this.

The new ones have side by side terminals for L N and E x 2. Assuming you're not shoe horning them into a single terminal, and the conductor sizes are within the stated tolerances, you must have a defective product.
