jigsaw blades for cutting melamine.

Anybody got any info on the new jigsaw blades designed by Max Ashton?? (Cost, name and availability)

never heard of them , but i did find this - http://www.faqs.org/patents/app/20080201964

for a clean cut in melamine try the bosch t308 "ultra clean cut" far better than the downward cutting blades

Thanks for the quick reply. Yep these are the blades I was asking about. The inventor reckons they would be available early 2008 and they would be the answer to a kitchen fitters prayers, but so far I have been unable to locate a supplier so that I can try them. I do a heck of a lot of work with melamine products and I am always looking for ways to improve my cutting. In the meantime I will try using the Bosch ultra clean cut.

where abouts in lancs are you frank ???
the blades are stocked by a large builders merchants in leyland
