Join between render and plaster

Hi. I have a new build project where the external walls are lime rendered over cladding panels internally, and the ceilings and stud walls are normal plaster over plasterboard.
I knew there would be issues at the joins.
I've left them for a year to settle, and naturally small cracks have appeared. At most, I'd say, 2 to 3mm.
I want to fill them, preferably once. So some flex is needed.
I was thinking a decent caulk, but would anyone have a better idea, or a particular product to recommend?

Toupret do a flex filler which can be overpainted. Screwfix 346HE. Not used it, but have used their other products with great results
