joining cables in dado trunking

What do you reckon the best way to joint cables in dado trunking is? For singles and T+E. Crimps?

Yes. No need to shrink sleeve it either.

I hate choc blocks in trunking.

I hate chock blocks full stop, always find them at work from the smoke from them as they burn away
