Joining corrugated sheet roof to wall.

Hi Everybody,

I have a garage beside the house with a cement sheet roof. The joint where the roof meets the house wall is leaking. It has been sealed with a fillet of mortar in the past, but this is cracked. What would be an effective method of making a waterproof joint here? What material or combination of materials should I use?

Looks don't matter, I just want to do something simple and effective.

The obvious choice is to chase in a lead flashing as this will tolerate movement.

The paupers choice is flashband but you get what you pays for.
