Joining DPM

Hi All,

I need to join together two pieces of 1200 poly sheet acting as a damp proof membrane. Is there any particular type of tape I need to use, and how much of an overlap should be made?

You can get Visqueen Tape which is used to stick Visqueen (surprise, surprise). I would give an overlap of at least 6 inch but up to 12 inch may be better . Any good Builder's Merchants should stock it.
