Joining melamine shelving

Is there a plastic extrusion that the ends of 15mm melamine shelving (conti board) can be fitted into to make it look like one long shelf? Wickes have something for 10mm thick panels, but I can't find anything for 15mm.

Hardly looks like one shelf as joint is obvious.

With cleanly cut ends (router) and the right connectors the join should be almost invisible without a trim.

you will need to join on a support or have a small overhang other wise the joiner will work more like a hinge
