joist hangers for decking

Hi all quick question about joist hangers are they ok to use on decking i am building some raised decking next up against a hedge so it be difficult to screw the joists from the back side so i was thinking of using these any advice please

How about making the frame first then moving it into position ?.
Then you only need to bolt it to your posts.

Or, if too heavy to shift, skew screw the joists to the outer frame

I want to build a Hexagonal deck, i thought i remembered seeing a set of sort of galvanised bracket for doing this, or was i dreaming

well iv used the joist hangers what i did was electric planed a grove deep enought for the straps to sit in worked a treat and allowed for the screw heads decking sat flush with the joists then sweet
