I spent almost a year giving Plumbcenter hell after I fitted one of their high efficiency cylinders and then found it leaked on the bottom seam after a day.

I claimed my day rate for all the agro (indirect cylinder).

They did pay up :eek: The only reason I used PC was due to no other merchants in the locality - normally avoid them like the plaque.

Thats the one and only time I've ever managed to get back loss of earnings due to cak quality control.

I reckon you loose a week per year due to poor quality and call backs on failed parts. Even Vaillant churn out rubbish from time to time.
