Karndean under or up to skirting board?

It's a downstairs toilet so is less than 2m x 1m. I've put self levelling compound down but not sure whether I should put the vinyl down first or the skirting/architrave.

I guess the pro of putting floor first is it doesn't matter if I mess up the cuts as they'll be hidden so therefore easier, especially around architrave in to the door threshold. But I want to take the best option, not the easiest!

What do people recommend? Thanks

Fit the skirtings last for neatest finish, if you ever need to lift a tip you’ll have to cut it back that’s all.
