Kenwood KDW45S16 no programmes will turn on

I have the above dishwasher, It will turn on with the on/off switch and the display lights up but when i press any other buttons it doesn't do anything. Its as if its locked? I have held down the child lock buttons and nothing? The only button that works is the on/ off one.

I have replaced the door latch inside and also replaced the whole control panel but still nothing.

Does anyone have any ideas at all? I would really appreciate it.
