I have a Kenwood KVT1W Tumble Dryer two of the resistors are burnt out the tumble dryer works but you have to keep the on button pressed. On my ohm meter I selected 200K and the reading i got displayed on my meter from the two resistors was 32 does this mean that the two resistors i need are 32 kilo ohms?

If the resistors are blown (if that is what they are, there is usually a screen print next to the component) you measuring them will mean nothing (after all if they are blown how can you get a reading). You can not really test resistors while they are still on PCB's due to multiple paths and layers.

You need to know what the colour bands are on the component.
