Keep getting error E02, which means it has tried to light five times and has failed.
the Ignitor & Ignition Lead, gas valve, pcb, fan change.
Gas supply is ok, inlet working presure is 19mb.
When it tries to light, I can hear a clicking noise.
i have cleaned the condensate and checked the burner for damage, seems ok.
keston suggested still to replace burner.
please note, boiler does not even fire up at all. the gas valve is opening up because my u guage drops and the gas meter turns.
Can anyone suggest anything.

Sounds like a Job for a Qualified Engineer with CPA1 and a FGA
as if you have ignition, gas the fault must be Air/Gas Ratio error which will need some knowledgeable adjustment - not to be tinkered with Experten only!
