Am I reading the instructions right?

In Step #23, p19, as soon as you've got the doors on, a couple of Jehovah's Witnesses turn up??

tell them youd love to come to the kingdom hall next sunday, but will be busy putting the shed up. next week theyll trun up to help you put it together. Happened to someone i know when he used painting the house as an excuse. 2 guys turned up on a bike with paintbrushes!
