Can anyone help with a manufacturer and product number for white plate key operated FSU's? I am totally fed up with trying to insist that my tenants leave some FSU's (where indicated) alone and permanently switched on. It has now come to the point where I intend to remove all essential equipment standard FSU's and replace with key switched type and then I'll keep all of the keys. I have phoned around a few wholesalers and none of them stock or even know of any such product.

Why don't you fit unswitched ones?
My landlord insurance requires isolation of all circuits and in some sub clause buried deep is the requirement for switched. I receive a very good renewal price each year and I have no wish to shop around at my time of life.

Googled again and now cheaper...no idea

I do wish they would stop using the word "Spur" inappropriately.
A spur is a type of part of a circuit layout.
A Switched (or Unswitched) Fused Connection unit is FCU or SFCU if you like, it is not a "Spur".
Ooh, it makes so so angry that I could crush a grape or rip a tissue paper in half!
