Hi,
If the problem is just dodgy contacts, Pyronix will sell you a replacement keypad membrane for £5! Take out the old keys sheet of rubber and replace. With a bit of cleaning you should be back to new.
Now, I have one of these new membranes, but can anyone advise on how to open the keypad to make this replacement?

Carefully.
Just look for clips/screws and take pictures as you dismantle it. As I have not used one for ages now.
