IF anyone finds the actual web site useful and among the spare free space within their TB('s) of storage have up to 77 GB (the whole Khan website) free, I have found the following to be stable and a means of spending some time on a long, long flight - just doing something else, without using the Internet.
'Khan Desktop version: 0.9.5.4
This program is free software, developed
independently from the Khan Academy.
Get the latest version at:

Khan Academy - on my local storage - 4634 videos, size on disk 76.19 GB -
It is not necessary to download all content - the help is quite useful - The program takes care of the downloads etc, once selections have been made.
