kinetico water softner overflowing

hi

i have kinetico compakwater softner under the kitchen sink overflowing from the waste pipe it has a slow dripping from the outside overflow pipe and when i look inside the water softner its quite full and just reaching the overflow pipe, is there anyway of correcting this.

Find your local Kinetico Service agent, the control valve will need a service, which will require lots of "O" rings & gaskets, (a bit specialist really)
